This Terms of Use agreement ("Terms") is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Website.

The domain name: www.produktiv.ai (which shall hereinafter be referred to as "Website"), is owned and operated by Neural Machines Private Limited ("Company") a Private Company limited by shares, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956, and having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Udyog Bhawan, Panaji, Goa 403001, India.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  1. Mediation: Good faith negotiations for thirty (30) days

  2. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Goa, India.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government actions, or technical failures.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our Services.
